BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT, the owner must contact
SATURN ANTENNAS on 0418 741 409 for a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER which must be quoted on the outside of the package.

To obtain warranty repair, the purchase receipt should be returned with the product/s.


GOODS UNDER WARRANTY

While discussing the return of the goods, the owner will be asked to supply Credit Card details before sending the antenna to SATURN ANTENNAS for service. The card will not be processed until tests have been completed and results discussed with the owner. If found to be faulty, the antenna will be replaced under warranty & return postage paid by SATURN ANTENNAS.

If there is NOTHING wrong with it, there will be a charge of $30 + return postage.


GOODS OUT OF WARRANTY

For goods out of warranty, there will be an initial cost of $30. SATURN ANTENNAS require credit card details but will not charge the card until antenna/components have been tested.

When SATURN ANTENNAS receives the goods, the goods will be assessed. The owner will be contacted with a quote to repair + return postage.

If there is NOTHING wrong with the owner’s antenna, SATURN ANTENNAS will notify the owner and charge the (supplied) Credit Card $30 service fee + return Postage.


NOTE:

This Warranty and Testing Policy supersedes all previous warranties issued by;

SATURN ANTENNAS.

This guarantee is in addition to any guarantees implied by Federal or State legislation.
